Republic of Korea and Republic of Singapore Sign Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters

□ Minister of Justice Park Sung Jae of the Republic of Korea and Minister for Home Affairs and Minister for Law Kasiviswanathan Shanmugam of the Republic of Singapore signed the Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters between the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Singapore (hereinafter the “Treaty”) on July 24, 2024, in Singapore.
