The design of prison uniform has been changed to bright and fresh colors. In particular, patient uniform has been redesigned to enhance thermal function so that they can do outside activities such as visits, exercising and rallies without suffering from cold during winter. Regarding food for inmates, professional nutritionists are currently deployed to offer high-quality foods for the sake of maintaining good health and physical state of inmates.

To improve inmates' everyday lives, hall heating system has been improved to living-room floor heating system and bathroom was equipped with new toilets as well. In order to respond quickly in fire or other emergencies, automatic living-room doors are installed through the modernization project.

Facilities have been changed with building placement and design to the advanced facilities, so that its purpose is in the correction rather than in the imprisonment. It allows respected human lives for inmates.
